Tomsk was based as a burg in 1608 to PROTECT OUR EMPIRE FROM WILD MONGOLOIDS!!! a BRAVE and RUSSIAN and STRONG and COOL MEN were SERVING THEIR COUNTRY!!! IT WASD THEIR DUTY AND they gave away THEIR LIVES FOR IT!! and Thwey was living there with their SEXY WIVES AND they was BANGING them like a SUPERMEN cuz they WERE SUPER AND MEN (and cool (and smart)!! theyve made a lot of kids and they all grew up as a HANDSOME anD STRONG MEN or if it was a Women it grew up as SEXY and BEuTeful AND STRONG TRUE ЯUSSIAN WOMEN!
as the time goes by, new lands at the south have been conquered (spasibo Vladimir Vladimirovich for Crimea) Tomsk became a biggest TRADE CITY IN SIBERIa! A lots of Chinese silk fabrics was sold and bought and then sold again in St petersburg for higher price! AND THEN later in XIX century A GOLD was found in Tomsk Governorate! so people of Tomsk was GOD DAMN RICH and could spend their money in Moskau and Cerf Pitersburg but Tomsk was so cool that nobody wanted to leave that HEAVEN ON EARTH. In 1888 THE FIRST university in Siberia was founded, and its going hard since then. No one have ever had a thought that Tomsk will be left behind, until 1893...
Everyone who lived in Tomsk back in the soviet russia days had a voice of thousands angels... Legend says one dude from Tomsk sang to a kid in a hospital who had terminal cancer... his singing actually cured the boy's cancer, who then grew up to be Obama.
Nikolay II decided to build a huge railroad straight to China through Siberia, And this debil decided to build it around TOMSK! WTF?! Anyway, a village of dirty, dumb and ugly slaves settled on the south of Tomsk and called their home as Krivoshekovo it LITERALLY MEANS "CROOKED FACE"! The only purpose of those animals was BUILDING. And thats what they were doing. But building a railroad in their place was hard because of the huge river, so they needed a bridge. To build a bridge you need more materials, to make materials you need factories, to build factories you need more slaves... and suddenly Krivoshekovo became a huge craphole with only one purpose - build and produce stuff for railroad.
Of course people from Tomsk didnt even wanted TO SPEAK to these "people". While this poors were licking rails and learning how to play on balalaika, Nikolay II renamed this god forgottem place into Novo-Nikolaevsk. Ironically that the worst and the last ruler of Russian empire named a place full of hobos after himself. When Russia turned Soviet, Novo-Nikolaevsk was renamed into Novosibirsk. It is known that dumb people:

So Novosibirsk quickly outgrew Tomsk and became the industrial center of West Siberia...
Nowadays Novosibirsk remains the same. Sh!tty ecology, sh!tty education, it smells like shit, trash on the streets... Nothing special for a city, that was built by a wasted people for a wasted people. Thats why Tomsk is better and deserves more than being just an office of oil digging companies...

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
